Dear fellow aviators,

Once again, the Holbrook Ultralight Club will hold its annual Fly-in over the Easter weekend and I would like to extend an invitation to all recreational/sport pilots, owners and their aircraft to attend. See attached flyer.

Joining us this year, you will have the opportunity to meet RA-Aus President, Michael Monck and CEO Michael Linke who will present a Member’s forum.

In addition, a senior RA-Aus staff member will conduct a second forum on ‘Problems Experienced by RA-Aus Pilots’ and HULC’s David King will give a practical forum on ‘Setting up Aircraft Systems’.

These presentations will take place over Saturday afternoon, commencing at 1.30pm.

As usual, a three-course meal will be served in the Club’s hangar on Saturday evening where trophies will be awarded for various categories of aircraft along with an after-dinner speaker.

Refreshments will be available throughout both days and breakfast will be available on Saturday and Sunday mornings in the club hangar.

The Australian Ultralight Aircraft Museum will have several of its aircraft on display for your enjoyment.

Visitors may camp on the airfield and use the Club’s amenities block, hire a cabin at the town’s caravan park or stay at one of the number of motels in town. Contact details for these establishments can be found on the Clubs website here.

Transport will be available to and from the Holbrook township throughout the weekend for both accommodation and fuel.

Please have a look at the Fly-in page on the Club website where you will find a good deal of additional information.

If you have any enquiries regarding the Fly-in, please contact either John Harley on 0456 357 735 or Bryan Gabriel on (02) 6036 2601.

I look forward to seeing you and your friends at Easter.
